• Individual Candidate Registration Process for Foreign Language Online Exam is a one time process which has to be strictly done online by the students/parents through the Registration Link sent to them by the Organization/Channel partner.

• After filling up the details like Name, Age, Date of Birth, Gender, Foreign Language, Email ID, Contact Number on the Registration form, please click on Register to submit the form.

• After submitting the form, the candidate will receive the first official communication from FLOA through SMS and Automated Email with the online payment link on the registered Email Id and Mobile Number. THE ONLINE PAYMENT REGISTRATION LINK IS UNIQUE FOR EVERY CANDIDATE AND MUST NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER CANDIDATE.

• The candidate has to click on the online payment link to pay the required fees via Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-banking, E-Wallets etc.

• After the fee payment transaction is successful, Candidates will receive the second official communication from FLOA through SMS and Automated Email which will contain the following details -

  • SMS

    • Candidate Permanent Registration Number

    • Fees received confirmation

  • Email

    • Candidate Permanent Registration Number

    • Candidate Name

    • Foreign Language

    • Exam Date

    • Exam Time

    • Fees received confirmation with date

    • Username

    • Password

• The unique Candidate PRN is the identity of the candidate and will be used by the student to appear for the exam even if he/she changes the organization across India (any district/state) and/or takes a gap in appearing between levels.

• Once the candidate registers for a foreign language exam and obtains his/her candidate PRN, he/she can use the same candidate PRN to appear for multiple foreign languages in the future. In such case, the candidate has to register only for the interested language as an existing candidate. New registration is not required.

• Registration Fees for the exam once paid are non-refundable.

• Candidate Registration after last date & time of registration for exam will not be accepted.

• The Candidate Registration Process will be complete ONLY when the candidate fills up the form AND pays the exam fees through the Online Payment Link.

• The Candidate Registration Process is completed only after the candidate pays the exam fees.

• If you have filled the form and the payment process is incomplete, you do not need to fill the form again. In such case, you can click on the payment link received in first email and make the payment.

• It is the candidates responsibility to submit proper and correct information. FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) in any way is not responsible for the issues created if falsified information of the candidate is presented by the candidate/parent/organization/channel partner etc.

• If you have filled the form and skipped the last date of paying fees for the selected Exam date, the above mentioned link will not work after that. In such case, you will have to contact FLOA on the Office Contact Number for the further process.

• In case your organization has opted to collect the fees from you and pay it to FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application), please make sure that your registration is complete through your organization and you can see the course content though your login. Please contact your school if there is any issue with your registration or login in such case.

• Changes in the fee structure and/or amount if any in future will be conveyed to you through Email and will be displayed on the Website.

• FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) accepts fees payment through third party payment gateway. Payment Gateway Service charges at actual are additional of the fees amount and are to be borne by the Candidate while paying the individual Fees.

• It is the candidates responsibility to submit proper and correct information. FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) in any way is not responsible for the issues created if falsified information of the candidate is presented by the candidate/parent/organisation/channel partner

• Once the candidate registers for a foreign language and obtains his/her candidate PRN, he/she can use the same PRN to appear for multiple languages in the future. The candidate can login into his/her FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) A/c. & register for the other languages or next level exams. The candidate does not need to fill entire registration form again.

• Fees once paid for any Language and Exam Schedule are only for the exam date mentioned in the second official communication email. In case if the candidate does not attend the exam on the given date and time or does not clear the exam, he/she will have to pay the exam fees again to re-appear for the said exam in the next schedule.

• The Candidate PRN that you have received in the Email is your Permanent Identity for any activity related to FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application). Please remember it or save it for your convenience

• It is the candidates responsibility to access the Study Material (Videos and Downloadable Text Booklets) through your Student Login using the Username and Password given above. If you are not able to see the course content, please get back to us immediately to resolve the issue.
