Channel Partner Registration Process

  • FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) provides opportunity for individuals to register with us as Channel Partners to promote the activities of FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) across India.

  • Who can apply as Channel Partners?

    • Foreign Language Teachers / Trainers / Coaching Classes / Institutes.

    • Competitive Exam training institutes and coaching classes.

    • School Management Software companies, School ERP's.

    • Learning Management System and Exam Management System Companies.

    • School Curricular Coaching Classes / Institutes.

    • NGO's working in education sector or for children.

    • Any individual with good communication skills and interested to work in education sector.

  • Above mentioned Individuals / companies can apply to become Channel Partners by filling up the Channel Partner Registration Form.

  • After filling up the required details like Owner Name, Date of Birth, PAN, AADHAR, Phone No, Email, Company Name, Website, Address, City, State, District, Pincode, Alternate Person Name, Alternate Person Email, Alternate Person Contact, Alternate Person Aadhar, Any Experience working in Education Sector, click on Sign Up to submit the form for approval.

  • Upon submission, your form will be submitted for approval and you will receive the first official communication through automated acknowledgement email regarding the same.

  • Upon approval, you will receive the second official communication through automated email with the following details -

    • Channel Partner Permanent Registration Number (for FLOA-Foreign Language Online Application)

    • User name (for login purpose on FLOA-Foreign Language Online Application website)

    • Password (for login purpose on FLOA-(Foreign Language Online Application) website)

    • School Registration Link

    • Individual Student Registration Link (without involvement of school)

  • The above given School Registration Link and Individual Students Registration Link generated under the FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) Channel Partner PRN can be integrated with your website / social media page and can be shared to the schools / individual students respectively.

  • You can access all the Channel Partner data like Channel Partner details, Organisations registered under you, students registered under you, exam wise data of students and fees, exam results, marksheets and certificates, Channel Partner share, etc. through your FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) login.

  • It is the channel partners responsibility to submit proper and correct information. FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) in any way is not responsible for the issues created if falsified information of the channel partner is presented by the channel partner.

  • It is the organisations responsibility to submit proper and correct information. FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) in any way is not responsible for the issues created if falsified information of the organisation is presented by the organisation/channel partner etc.

  • It is the candidates responsibility to submit proper and correct information. FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) in any way is not responsible for the issues created if falsified information of the candidate is presented by the candidate/parent/organisation/channel partner etc.

  • The scope of work for registering Organisations and Candidates by the Channel Partner is not limited to any geographical operational area. We encourage Channel Partners to register Organisations and Candidates remotely from across the states of India or abroad countries where FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) is active.

  • Channel Partner cannot sign any MoU or Contract on behalf of FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application).

  • Channel Partner cannot use FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) logo anywhere without proper permission.

  • FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) is not responsible to any commitments given by channel partners to the organisations/students on behalf of FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) without prior information/permission.

Channel Partner Appointment Instructions

  • Appointment for Channel Partner is voluntary and will be made upon the individuals request.

  • Channel Partners role is to promote the Foreign Language Exam to school and students.

  • Channel Partner will get incentive remuneration on Students Registration

  • From the date of registration, for the first 2 years there is no target of registration for Channel partners. After that the Validity of the Channel Partner remains active if the Channel partner registers 6 new organisations per year or 20 new students per exam cycle. if the mentioned criteria is not met the Channel Partner benefits will be put on hold until the required registrations are made.Channel Partner is not allowed OR authorized to collect any type of fees from students / schools

  • The channel partner will never get associated with any other organization to promote or conduct any type of competitive exam based on any foreign languages.

  • If the Channel Partner breaks any of the rules and regulations, FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) has all the right to terminate the Channel Partner at immediate notice and take legal actions if required.

  • FLOA reserves all rights to appoint multiple Channel Partners in a city, district, and state.

  • Channel Partner can appoint sub-channel partners to promote and drive the project.

  • Channel Partner is not allowed/authorized to charge any registration fee to the Sub-Channel Partner

  • Channel Partner will have to share the names and contact details of the sub-channel partners to FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application).

  • FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) will only provide training to the sub-channel partners.

  • Sub-Channel Partner is not allowed OR authorized to collect any type of fees from students / schools

  • The Channel Partner will be responsible for paying the Sub-Channel Partners incentive / commission.

  • FLOA will not be responsible for any charges, expenses, incentives, commissions, etc. related to the Sub-Channel Partner

  • If the Sub-Channel Partner breaks any of the rules and regulations, the respective Channel Partner will be responsible for the same and FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) can on spot terminate the Channel Partner and Sub-Channel Partner with legal actions.

  • Changes in the fee structure and/or amount if any in future will be conveyed to you through Email and will be displayed on the Website.

  • Changes in the Organisation Share structure and/or amount if any in future will be conveyed to you through Email.

  • Changes in the Channel Partner Share structure and/or amount if any in future will be conveyed to you through Email.

  • FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) accepts fees payment through third party payment gateway. Payment Gateway Service charges at actual are additional of the fees amount and are to be borne by the Candidate while paying the individual Fees.

  • In case of bulk fees payment by organisations, Please contact FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) for NEFT Bank Account details to bypass the Payment Gateway.

  • FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) holds the rights to appoint multiple Channel Partners in a common geographical working area. It is up to the appointed Channel Partner to grow their network and connect maximum number of organisations/candidates for his/her own benefit.

  • The scope of work for registering Organisations and Candidates by the Channel Partner is not limited to any geographical operational area. We encourage Channel Partners to register Organisations and Candidates remotely from across the states of India or abroad countries where FLOA(Foreign Language Online Application) is active.
