Company / Corporate / NGO Registration Process

  • Company / Corporate / NGO Registration Process is a one time activity and has to be done online through the website only. Click on the above given Company / Corporate / NGO Registration Form to register your organization.

  • After filling in the details, the Registration Form will be submitted for approval to FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) and the organization will receive first automated acknowledgement email regarding the same.

  • Once the Registration Form is approved, the organization will receive the second automated approval Email with the following information -

    • Organization PRN (School Permanent Registration Number for FLOA-Foreign Language Online Application)

    • Username (for school login purpose on FLOA-Foreign Language Online Application Website)

    • Password (for school login purpose on FLOA-Foreign Language Online Application Website)

    • Students Registration Link (to be sent for individual Student registration)

    • Adult Candidate Registration Link (to be sent to the Employees and other Adult Candidates for individual registration)

  • If the organization faces any issues logging into their Organization FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) Account, they can contact FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) on floa.education@gmail.com via email and let us know about the issue.

  • You can access all the organisation data like organisation details, students registered under your organisation, exam wise data of students and fees, exam results, marksheets and certificates, organisation share, etc. through your FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) login.

  • It is the organisations responsibility to submit proper and correct information. FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) in any way is not responsible for the issues created if falsified information of the organisation is presented by the organisation/channel partner etc.

  • Changes in the fee structure and/or amount if any in future will be conveyed to you through Email and will be displayed on the Website.

  • Changes in the Organisation Share structure and/or amount if any in future will be conveyed to you through Email.

  • FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) accepts fees payment through third party payment gateway. Payment Gateway Service charges at actual are additional of the fees amount and are to be borne by the Candidate/Organisation while paying the individual Fees.

  • In case of bulk payment, Please contact FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) for NEFT Bank Account details to bypass the Payment Gateway.

  • Organisation cannot sign any MoU or Contract on behalf of FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application).

  • Organisation cannot use FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) logo anywhere without proper permission.

  • FLOA (Foreign Language Online Application) is not responsible for any commitments done by the orgnisation to the students/channel partner.

Adult Candidate / Student Registration Process through Organization

  • Adult Candidate / Student Registration Process for Foreign Language Online Exam is a one time process which has to be strictly done online by the candidates through the Registration Link sent to them by the Organization.

  • After filling up the details like Name, Age, Date of Birth, Gender, Foreign Language, Email ID, Contact Number on the Registration form, please click on Register to submit the form.

  • After submitting the form, the candidate will receive the first official communication from FLOA through SMS and Automated Email with the online payment link on the registered Email Id and Mobile Number. THE ONLINE PAYMENT REGISTRATION LINK IS UNIQUE FOR EVERY CANDIDATE AND MUST NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY OTHER CANDIDATE.

  • The candidate has to click on the online payment link to pay the required fees via Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-banking, E-Wallets etc.

  • After the fee payment transaction is successful, Candidates will receive the second official communication from FLOA through SMS and Automated Email which will contain the following details -

  • SMS

    • Candidate Permanent Registration Number

    • Fees received confirmation

  • Email

    • Candidate Permanent Registration Number

    • Candidate Name

    • Foreign Language

    • Exam Date

    • Exam Time

    • Fees received confirmation with date

    • Organization Name

    • Organization PRN

    • Username

    • Password

  • The unique Candidate PRN is the identity of the candidate and will be used by the student to appear for the exam even if he/she changes the organization across India (any district/state) and/or takes a gap in appearing between levels.

  • Once the candidate registers for a foreign language exam and obtains his/her candidate PRN, he/she can use the same candidate PRN to appear for multiple foreign languages in the future. In such case, the candidate has to register only for the interested language as an existing candidate. New registration is not required.

  • Registration Fees for the exam once paid are non-refundable.

  • Candidate Registration after last date & time of registration for exam will not be accepted.

  • The Candidate Registration Process will be complete ONLY when the candidate fills up the form AND pays the exam fees through the Online Payment Link.
