To provide the foreign language content to maximum students across India irrespective of availability of infrastructure and facilities, FLOA provides the autonomous foreign language syllabus content through encrypted pen-drives to schools/organisation. Even if the schools do not have foreign language teachers, a lot of schools have access through Smart TV/Interactive Smart Board/Projector etc. through CSR, Social Organisations and Individual donors. These pen-drives are useful where individual students have difficulties in accessing the online content due to various issues like low internet connectivity, unavailability of mobile phones/laptops to view the content, etc. The school/organisation can show the syllabus content to their students in batches in their school timings by allotting specific time period in their timetable. Any School/Organisation can purchase these syllabus content pen-drives from FLOA at a nominal additional cost. The details of the Pen-drive are as follows –

1. Each pen-drive will contain syllabus for 1 Level of 1 Language and has the following content –

   • Syllabus Videos in English and Hindi

   • Syllabus Booklets in English and Hindi

   • Question Bank

2. The content in the pen-drive is encrypted and can be viewed on Windows/Mac based PC/Laptop.

3. Cost of Pen-drive is as follows

   • German Level 1 - INR 2500/-

   • German Level 2 – INR 2500/-

   • German Level 3 – INR 2500/-

   • German Level 4 – INR 2500/-

   • French Level 1 – INR 2500/-

   • French Level 2 – INR 2500/-

   • French Level 3 – INR 2500/-

   • French Level 4 – INR 2500/-

4. Above costs are inclusive of GST@18% and shipping charges across India (Indian Government Post Standard Courier)

Pen-drive purchase process

For those organisations who are not registered with FLOA, please click on Organisation Registration to register with FLOA. After registering, you can purchase the pen-drive through the below given process.

1. Once your school/organisation is registered with FLOA, please Login to your organisation account.

2. In your login window on the left side, you will see a tab named “Purchase Pen-drive”. Click on that tab.

3. Now you will see a list of Pen-drives from which you can select the Language and Level Pen-drive that you want.

4. You can select more than one pen-drive as well.

5. Upon clicking ‘Purchase’, you will see a popup window with the following information

   • Organisation Name

   • Organisation PRN

   • Organisation Contact Number

   • Organisation Email Id.

6. Please verify the above-mentioned information and make the necessary corrections/changes if any.

7. After verification click ‘Next’.

8. You will see a window where you have to type the Postal Address of your organisation where the pen-drive will be sent. Please fill the full address with the correct PIN Code.

9. Click on ‘Pay’ after filling your address.

10. When you click on ‘Pay’ you will be diverted to the Payment Gateway window.

11. You can pay via Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Wallet Payment and any other online payment methods.

12. If due to any reasons, the payment is left incomplete (internet or coverage issues/bank server issues/) or payment fails, please follow the next process.

    • upon clicking on ‘Pay’, you will receive first email from FLOA regarding the pen-drive purchase process. This email will contain the following information -

      • Organisation Name

      • Organisation PRN

      • Organisation Contact Number

      • Organisation Email Id

      • Organisation Address

      • Pen-drive Purchase Payment link

    • The payment link received in this email is ONLY for your organisation and will expire upon completion of payment. Please do not share your link with any other organisation and please do not use any other organisation’s payment link to make payment.

13. Upon completion of payment, you will receive the second email from FLOA to confirm your purchase, date of shipping and approximate date of receiving the pen-drive.

14. If the pen-drive is broken or not working upon delivery, it is the organisations responsibility to send us a photo of the broken pen-drive or screenshot of the pen-drive not working and send the actual pen-drive back to us on the FLOA official address within 2 days. Only then we will give a replacement pen-drive.

15. Maintaining the pen-drive and the serial key/password is the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser should get in contact with FLOA regarding issues with serial key/password.

16. If the pen-drive is lost/broken/damaged in anyway, the purchaser will have to purchase a new pen-drive from FLOA by paying the pen-drive purchase cost.
